Pet Policy

The Residency at the Entrepreneur welcomes common household pets in accordance with our community guidelines and HUD regulations. Permitted pets include one dog or one cat per apartment, as well as birds (caged), rabbits and other small rodents, fish, and turtles.

All pets must be registered with the management office prior to being brought onto the property and must remain current with all required vaccinations, licensing, and annual registration updates. Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered.

To help maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable community for all residents, pet owners are responsible for keeping pets under control, cleaning up after them, and following all community pet rules. Visiting pets are not permitted unless they are service or assistance animals.

Service and assistance animals are welcome in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and are not subject to pet deposits or standard pet rules.
